ScaleDown Radio, September 15, 2008
Again - I have to apologize to everyone for being so tardy in posting this weeks show. There’s nobody to blame but myself - again. At least this one is up before we air the next show on CJAM, unlike last weeks! I’ll get better - I promise.
with Mark gone out of the province this week (he was at an International Downtown Association conference in Calgary) I decided to bring his arch-nemisis into the studio. You know - just to stir the pot a little.
Chris Schnurr joined me in the studio today to continue the discussion we began last week regarding the municipal effects of the federal election. With Chris’ impecable research capabilities, I knew he was the man to join me in the studio.
We were also lucky enough to get Berry Vrbanovic, the third vice-president of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities as well as a Councillor in the City of Kitchener, to join the discussion. (keeping score? That’s two out of town city councilors to come on the show and none from Windsor)
It was another fun show and thanks goes out to both Chris and Berry for making it so informative.
ED: I will be filling out the rest of the info we’ve come to expect from these archived shows later. I just wanted to get the show into your hands as soon as I could.
Enjoy!
