ScaleDown Radio, September 9, 2008
I have to apologize to everyone for being so tardy in posting this weeks show. There’s nobody to blame but myself. And why have all the archived radio shows decided to change their photos? I have no clue. Gremlins, yet again…
Mark and I decided to wade into the federal election - but with a ScaleDown twist. Regardless of what the candidates tell you when they knock on your door, they are representatives of political parties that can - if they decided it was important - help out municipalities.
And it is important, as you well know. An infrastructure deficit of 123 billion dollars (and growing by 2 billion dollars a year) can be directly attributed to the fact that we have completely ignored those unseen parts of our everyday life. With 80% of Canadians living in cities - you had better believe that we can wiled a lot of power in this election.
ED: I will be filling in the rest of the show’s info that you’ve come to expect at a later date. I just wanted to post this show ASAP
Enjoy!
